  Ordered meals through menulog for this restaurant. Minimum order was $30 as specified. Ordered through them several times with minimum order of $30 as always.
  My transaction and order was confirmed, totalling to $32.00. Waited 1.5 hours for my food delivery but nothing turned up!! so I contacted the restaurant and spoke to the manager. She informed me that I did not meet their minimum order, which is now $45.00!!! She asked, If I did wanted my meals to be prepared and delivered, I will need to spend $45.00 minimum order for delivery. I kindly said, no thanks! But would have been nice to be contacted and be informed even when my order was confirmed and paid!! Waited 1.5 hours assuming my food was coming!!
  I've been a regular customer and had always had minimum order of $30! She then asked me to take this issue up with menulog and it's not her problem as she will not deliver and prepare my food unless I spend $45, which i do not understand why she couldn't take this matter up with menulog as it is not my problem to begin with... even when my transaction went through as the minimum order which had always been at $30!
  If there was changes to the minimum order, would be nice to be notified via a phone call and not take my money! And then to be told that my meals aren't prepared after 1.5 hour of waiting because I didn't meet their minimum order! What a joke! Poor customer service! Didn't look after me after being a regular customer.
  I highly reccomend going to Caroline Thai Restaurant which is just around the corner if you want better customer service and better food. Don't bother with this restaurant. Please save your time and money else where.
